Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and site readiness through installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
-
Maintain detailed project plans, deliverables, and milestones aligned with program-level objectives.
-
Coordinate site activities across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, vendor partners, and customer teams to ensure seamless execution.
-
Drive effective issue resolution by tracking gaps, dependencies, and technical challenges encountered during deployment.
Pilot Site Engagement & Post-Deployment Support

Oversee on-site system validation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting during initial operational phases.
-
Coordinate internal teams to deliver post-deployment support, including bug fixes, firmware updates, and performance improvements.

-
Translate site needs and deployment issues into clear Agile user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
-
Maintain traceability between field issues, engineering actions, and sprint deliverables.

Ensure project status, risks, and progress are clearly communicated within the Agile framework.
Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Partner closely with the Program Manager to align project timelines, priorities, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
-
Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure materials readiness, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination remain on track.
-
Support engineering teams in system integration, test planning, and execution of site-specific configurations.
-
Maintain documentation including deployment procedures, site checklists, risk logs, test reports, and post-deployment summaries.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
-
3+ years of experience managing technical, field-execution, or hardware deployment projects.
-
Strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial installations, or power-related technologies (experience with power electronics is a plus).
-
Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
-
Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and supporting Agile execution.
-
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and visual — with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Ability and willingness to travel to pilot sites (10–20%, depending on project phase).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in EV charging, power electronics, renewable energy, industrial power, or utilities.
-
Familiarity with system commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), and field troubleshooting.
-
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management credentials.
Please note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week. We do not offer hybrid or remote options.
