Job Description

Role:  Project Manager (Creative Production/Advertising)

Location:  Amsterdam, Netherlands

Employment: 12-month FTC with view to extend

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re building a global inhouse studio in Amsterdam for a leading international home appliances client spanning categories like air fryers, vacuum cleaners and coffee machines. This studio will be the brand’s global engine for socialfirst strategy, content, campaigns and rollout across markets - operating with the speed of an agency and the depth of an inhouse team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day delivery of projects, working closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, social‑first environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of digital and social projects from brief to completion
  • Support senior delivery leads on larger or more complex projects as required
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas to life
  • Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and task plans
  • Coordinate internal resources and assist with sourcing external or offshore support when needed
  • Ensure projects follow agreed processes, workflows, and quality standards
  • Track budgets and flag risks, delays, or scope changes early
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams during the project lifecycle
  • Help ensure smooth communication between clients, creatives, production, and delivery teams
  • Support the adoption of efficient ways of working, including emerging tools and AI‑enabled processes

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience in project management within a creative, digital, or production agency environment
  • Experience delivering digital, social, or content‑led projects, ideally in a fast‑paced setting
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with creative teams and managing multiple workstreams at once
  • A clear understanding of project workflows, resourcing, and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with remote teams, offshore resources, or external suppliers
  • Financial awareness when managing projects and scopes
  • Interest in or exposure to AI tools and new technologies is a strong plus
  • A practical, hands‑on attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
