Job Description

Reporting to the VP, as a Programmatic Director, you'll support the business through consulting with clients to advance their strategy, implementing media and technology programs on behalf of amazing brands, pitching, and supporting all aspects of our client's media activation. Additionally, you will develop and support the Programmatic department as a whole through training, mentorship, and larger process implementation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promote the latest Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends

  • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrum

  • Mentor and educate members of the Programmatic Display team to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal development

  • Manage resourcing and allocation across a large client portfolio

  • Partner with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients, including asset development, client communication, and in-person client presentations

  • Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing

  • Oversee/ensure deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions

  • Develop client analysis to build and advance client strategies

  • You'll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.

  • You will work in EST Hours.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment

  • Proficiency in overseeing the management & success of a large client portfolio

  • Demonstrated expertise of display advertising, specifically programmatic, real-time bidding, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies

  • Skills using Google / Digital Marketing Products including Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, GA4

  • Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands

  • Adept at Excel/Sheets skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities.
