Key job responsibilities - Supports execution of multi-year capability roadmap strategy - Manages implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning - Delivers quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, assortment productivity) - Supports development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes - Supports monthly business review practice for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs About the team Whole Foods was founded in 1980 on the belief that where food comes from, and how it's grown, matters. Basic Qualifications
  • - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
