Job Description
Production Operator – Temp to Perm – Milton Keynes
Pay: £12.45/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6am–2pm & 12pm–8pm (weekly rotating shifts)
Newstaff Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a busy and well-established metal manufacturing company
This is a temp-to-perm position, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate after a successful 3-month period
Key Duties:
- Weld cleaning
- Press forming and rolling
- Metal bending
- Component preparation
- Bride pressing/studding
- Press brake operations
- General assembly support
- Other general metal forming tasks as required
Benefits:
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay increase after 3 months
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday only

Pay: £12.45 per hr
Requirements:
- Must be able to work both shifts (weekly rotation)
- Previous experience in a metalwork or production environment is beneficial
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
