- Accountabilities: The Product Solution Manager serves as the connection point between product strategy, technical capabilities, and customer objectives. This role focuses on solution consulting, product enablement, demonstrations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions are effectively positioned, implemented, and continuously improved. Partner with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, challenges, and technical requirements. Design and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer needs and operational objectives. Act as a product and technical expert throughout the sales and solution evaluation process. Lead discovery sessions, technical conversations, solution design discussions, and product presentations. Deliver customized demonstrations showcasing payment, POS, SaaS, and related technology solutions. Maintain demonstration environments and ensure product presentations reflect current capabilities and enhancements. Develop and deliver product training for sales teams, implementation specialists, partners, and customers. Create and maintain product documentation, implementation guides, FAQs, sales enablement materials, and knowledge resources. Build deep expertise across the product ecosystem, including software platforms, APIs, integrations, reporting tools, hardware, and emerging technologies. Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to identify product improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into structured recommendations for product and development teams. Support product validation, feature prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams throughout the customer lifecycle. Monitor fintech, SaaS, payment, retail technology, and business software trends to provide market insights and strategic recommendations. Support sales enablement through competitive analysis, technical resources, presentations, and customer-facing materials. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills to simplify complex solutions and drive successful adoption. This role requires someone who is analytical, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a growth-focused environment. 2–5 years of experience in Product Solutions, Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Implementation. Experience in fintech, SaaS, payment processing, POS technology, ERP systems, hospitality technology, retail technology, or enterprise software is strongly preferred. Full professional fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, software workflows, payment ecosystems, and business processes. Strong analytical, documentation, project coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Experience creating technical documentation, enablement materials, or implementation resources is an asset. Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
