Our client is an established electronics and consumer technology company with over 30 years of presence in the Latin American market, specializing in the import, export, and development of consumer electronics with a strong focus on audio products. They operate across the entire region and offer end-to-end solutions for private label brand development.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a hands-on and decisive Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of their consumer electronics portfolio, with a strong focus on audio hardware. In this role, you will manage product development from concept to production, work directly with manufacturing partners in China, and drive continuous quality improvement across every stage of the process. This position requires someone who moves fast, takes full ownership of results, and thrives in a high-expectation environment where clarity and execution matter more than process.

While we’re not direct ...- 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, ideally in audio or similar consumer electronics
- Direct hands-on experience working with factories in China. Sourcing, prototyping, and production management
- Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement at the product level
- Experience operating under EOS or similar accountability-driven frameworks is a plus
- Direct, clear communicator who can push back on ideas and challenge leadership when needed
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with ambiguity and real accountability
- Fluent English
