Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on AI tooling, platform capabilities, and integration opportunities across the ecosystem. Develop technical assets, reference architectures, and localization guides for partner-led implementations. Support customer engagements, workshops, and field activations, including hands-on solution demonstrations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in technical architecture, solution engineering, or platform engineering roles. Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Salesforce DX. Solid programming and scripting skills (Python, Node.js, Bash) and experience with CI/CD, Git, and Docker. Experience with API design and integration (REST/GraphQL) and building scalable technical solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. Willingness to travel 20–30% for customer and field engagements. Experience with open-source datasets or AI communities is a plus. Salesforce certifications or prior solution/sales engineering experience are highly valued. Benefits: Competitive base salary range ($157,640 – $231,980 depending on location). Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support. Paid time off programs, parental leave, and flexible work arrangements. 401(k) retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase program. Equity and incentive compensation opportunities for eligible roles. Access to advanced AI tools and cutting-edge development environments. Strong learning culture with career growth opportunities in AI and cloud innovation.
