Strong expertise in AI and Large Language Model integrations, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows. Proven experience deploying AI-powered features and autonomous workflows within production-grade systems. Hands-on experience integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, or development orchestration processes. Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Strong understanding of scalable system design, cloud infrastructure, API architecture, and modern development practices. Ability to take full ownership of projects and drive initiatives independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align technical decisions with product and business outcomes. Experience with technologies such as .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, and React is highly valued. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. Previous startup or founding engineer experience is considered an advantage. Experience with AI agent ecosystems, plugin integrations, or advanced LLM workflows is beneficial. Equity options offering the opportunity to participate directly in company growth and success. 100% employer-paid medical insurance coverage. Flexible paid time off policy with a minimum encouraged usage. Access to FSA, HSA, and 401(k) programs. Learning and professional development stipend. Work-from-home equipment support for building a high-quality remote office setup. Opportunity to work in an AI-first engineering culture focused on innovation and experimentation.
