Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support for Fitbit wearable devices and applications to Portuguese-speaking customers.
- Assist users in tracking their fitness goals, sleep patterns, and wellness metrics through expert product knowledge.
- Troubleshoot sync issues, hardware concerns, and software glitches with professional empathy and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of health and movement by educating customers on the benefits of the Fitbit ecosystem.
- Maintain detailed documentation of user inquiries to improve the overall Fitness & Wellness service experience.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure world-class service delivery within the Fitness & Wellness sector.
- Stay updated on the latest hardware releases and software updates to provide proactive product guidance.
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly advantageous for this role.
