Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to online marketplace products, order statuses, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Provide comprehensive information on product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and refunds while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in online shopping and the marketplace's offerings to deliver effective support.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
