In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their banking inquiries and helping them navigate our digital banking services.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you handle questions related to account management, transaction inquiries, and online banking features. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding online banking inquiries
  • Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and other banking services
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in serving customer needs
  • Gather feedback to improve our online banking services continually
  • Stay informed about updates in banking regulations and digital banking trends
