Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Support customers with hotel reservations, answer inquiries, and resolve any booking-related issues that may arise.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to assist in the continuous improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues and hotel partners to ensure a seamless booking process for customers.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality industry trends and customer service best practices.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
