In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our data analytics services and solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in guiding clients through our products, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. By delivering excellent customer service, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for data analytics inquiries
- Assist clients with understanding our services, product features, and usage
- Troubleshoot technical issues and address customer inquiries promptly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and client offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in data analytics
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or data analytics, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in data analytics and helping customers derive value from data
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
