This role involves providing excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with account management, product inquiries, issue resolution, and promotional information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality service.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support.
