- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest service technologies and internal protocols.
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong command of English for professional communication within an international team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities tailored to the customer support services industry.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence in service.
- Previous experience in support, client relations, or similar professional services is highly advantageous.
