In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing timely and effective support, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account management promptly and accurately.
- Assist with resolving complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or service-oriented roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
