In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about subscription options, billing, and account management
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide guidance on the best use of subscription features and benefits
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills
- Proficient in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Nationality and native language must be stated in your C.V. or Cover Letter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving with attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with subscription software and CRM systems is a plus
