Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about product listings, orders, and payment processes
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance on best practices for using the online marketplace effectively
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our platform
- Participate in training to stay informed about product changes and updates
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within e-commerce or online marketplaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality service

- Familiarity with customer support software and online marketplace systems is a plus
