You will engage with Polish-speaking customers to address their inquiries and provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer endproducts in Polish.
- Provide detailed product information, usage guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer goods or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
