This role offers an opportunity to work on modern CPQ and Salesforce-based platforms within a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering environment. You will contribute to the design and development of scalable CPQ solutions, with exposure to Conga (Apttus) and Salesforce ecosystem integrations. The position is ideal for a hands-on developer eager to solve complex configuration and pricing challenges while building robust, maintainable software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on feature development, enhancements, and system integrations that directly support enterprise customers. This is a strong growth opportunity with exposure to C#-driven backend development and modern frontend frameworks like Angular. You will also participate in testing, documentation, and mentoring activities within a high-performing engineering team. • Accountabilities: Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of CPQ solutions built on Salesforce and Conga (Apttus) platforms, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations. Develop and implement new product features using CPQ technologies, C#, and supporting frontend frameworks, while ensuring alignment with business requirements. Participate in system integration efforts, including work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools such as PROS, ensuring seamless data and pricing workflows. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, stability, and long-term system reliability. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to refine technical solutions and continuously improve product capabilities. Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers, contributing to overall team capability growth. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field. 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience with strong object-oriented programming skills. Strong experience in CPQ systems is mandatory, ideally within Salesforce or Conga environments. Proficiency in C# is essential, with additional exposure to Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar frontend technologies. Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components is highly desirable. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, system integration, and SQL-based data handling. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-change environment with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
