Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Backend .Net III - Venda Direta based in Brazil. This role is an opportunity for an experienced backend developer to build and evolve high-impact digital solutions supporting large-scale commerce operations. • Accountabilities: As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving backend solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with product and architecture goals. Develop complex software solutions using C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) and SQL Server, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations following best development practices. Work with event-driven architectures and contribute to building efficient and resilient distributed systems. Maintain and improve existing applications through corrective and evolutionary development activities. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of applications and database queries. Create and maintain automated tests, including unit testing, TDD, and BDD practices, ensuring software quality. Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Monitor application performance, create alerts, analyze incidents, and contribute to continuous system improvement. Take ownership of technical challenges, proactively identify risks, and drive solutions with autonomy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Support the growth of other developers through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical guidance. Continuously improve technical skills through feedback, learning initiatives, and professional development. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced backend professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in complex technology environments. Solid professional experience developing backend applications with C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core). Strong knowledge of SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Proven experience creating and consuming REST APIs and developing microservices. Practical experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise system integrations. Advanced debugging skills and ability to analyze application and database performance. Experience with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of software security best practices and experience working with high-volume systems. Ability to work with broad guidance, demonstrate technical ownership, and communicate technical decisions effectively. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. Experience with programming languages such as Python and/or Node.js is considered a plus. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana is desirable. Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka and integration platforms is a plus. Experience with serverless architectures, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous deployment tools is advantageous.
