This role focuses on leading performance and load testing initiatives for complex SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and optimal application performance. You will take ownership of designing and executing performance testing strategies across critical business processes, particularly within Order-to-Cash workflows. The position requires deep expertise in SAP ecosystems combined with hands-on mastery of performance testing tools and methodologies. You will collaborate with global technical and functional teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze system behavior, and ensure enterprise systems meet performance expectations. The environment is fast-paced and highly technical, supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs. This is a contract opportunity suited for professionals who excel in performance engineering and SAP system optimization.
- Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end performance and load testing activities for SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring system stability and scalability. Design and execute performance test strategies for SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, including SD modules and related integrations. Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad. Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, including BTP and CPI integration teams, to ensure end-to-end performance validation. Monitor system behavior during test execution and provide detailed reporting on results and findings. Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment on performance requirements and testing outcomes. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in SAP performance testing projects. Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis NeoLoad (mandatory). Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly OTC (Order-to-Cash) and SD modules. Familiarity with SAP BTP and CPI integration workflows is highly desirable. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, and scalability testing. Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot performance issues effectively. Experience working in global, cross-functional environments. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours as required.
