We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Intern to support day-to-day human resources activities. This role involves assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and related documentation
- Follow up with new joiners to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers and employee records
- Coordinate with internal teams, including the Growth team, for seamless onboarding and communication
- Ensure accuracy and organization of HR data and documentation
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
