Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Employer Branding Intern to join our recruitment and growth marketing team. You will help shape Pearl Talent’s employer brand through social media content, community engagement, and referral-based campaigns. This role exists to increase awareness of our remote opportunities, attract top candidates, and strengthen Pearl’s presence across digital channels. The work is independent, execution-heavy, and requires a proactive approach. Candidates who thrive here are creative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Strengthen Pearl Talent’s employer brand across multiple social media platforms and communities.
  • Increase awareness and interest in Pearl’s remote job opportunities through consistent, engaging content.
  • Support lead generation and candidate referrals through influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives that improve candidate engagement and pipeline growth.

Areas of Responsibility:

Employer Branding & Content Marketing – 40%

  • Create and post content across social media platforms to promote remote job openings, benefits, and company culture.
  • Draft engaging copy for weekly newsletters aligned with Pearl Talent’s tone.
  • Repurpose job postings and employer branding content for maximum reach.

Community Building – 30%

  • Manage and moderate candidate-focused Facebook groups and online communities.
  • Foster active, positive, and informative discussions, answering basic inquiries.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional brand presence across platforms.

Influencer & Referral Campaigns – 30%

  • Identify and reach out to nano to mid-level influencers aligned with remote work, careers, and recruitment content.
  • Coordinate referral-based campaigns by tracking outreach, responses, and creator relationships.
  • Support the execution of lead generation initiatives through influencer partnerships.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms for a brand, project, or personal professional account.
  • Strong writing and communication skills adaptable to multiple audiences and platforms.
  • Comfort creating content for faceless or brand-first accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or creator partnerships.
  • Awareness of trends in remote work, creator marketing, or the US startup ecosystem.
