We don’t just need a We don’t just need a Payroll Generalist — we need a problem solver and payroll operator.. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from solving payroll challenges, working with data, and finding practical solutions, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all — managing payroll end to end across up to 5 entities— ensuring everything you touch is accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient and aligned with our wider goals.
You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders and external payroll vendors bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.
Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…
Manage payroll end to end for up to 5 entities, working closely with our outsourced payroll vendors.
Review payroll data and outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Investigate payroll issues, identify root causes, and find and implement solutions.
Manage payroll inputs, deadlines, approvals, and key payroll processes.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes as the business continues to grow and change.

Minimum 12 months of payroll experience, ideally gained within a payroll bureau, payroll provider, or outsourced payroll environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll data.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proactive problem solver who can work independently and take ownership of finding solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-results environment and able to adapt to constant change.
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Bring…
Experience managing multiple entities or payrolls.
Experience working with international payroll.
Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.
Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment.
