Job Description

Jiffy is seeking a Senior Paid Social Strategist to own and scale our paid social program as a core driver of growth. This role is responsible for building and executing high-impact, performance-driven paid social strategies that fuel revenue, expand brand awareness, and support Jiffy’s evolution from product-led to marketing-led growth.

As the owner of paid social, you will blend data, creative strategy, and platform expertise to drive profitable customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. You’ll operate with real ownership, partner cross-functionally, and play a key role in shaping how Jiffy reaches and serves creators, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Jiffy’s paid social strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid social campaigns that balance short-term performance with long-term demand creation.
  • Design campaign structures including audience segmentation, budgeting, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies.
  • Lead paid social creative strategy, partnering with internal teams and contributing directly to the development of static, UGC-style, and short-form video ads when needed.
  • Plan and execute structured testing across audiences, creative, messaging, and formats, translating learnings into repeatable growth.
  • Analyze performance using platform data and Excel, delivering clear insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and ROAS.
  • Own reporting and KPI tracking, identifying trends and opportunities across channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, merchandising, analytics, and lifecycle teams to align paid social with broader business goals.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and creative trends to keep Jiffy competitive and innovative.
  • Communicate performance, insights, and next steps clearly and proactively to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for an eCommerce or consumer brand (in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid social budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports using Excel (intermediate or higher).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, plus at least one additional platform (TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest).
  • Experience planning, testing, and scaling performance-driven paid social campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain both data insights and creative decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with creator-, SMB-, or prosumer-focused brands.
  • Strong creative instincts, particularly for short-form video and UGC-style content.
    Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership startup or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel measurement, incrementality concepts, and blended CAC.
    Builder mentality with a desire to take ownership, experiment, and drive impact.
