NeoWork is looking for a driven and articulate Outbound Sales Caller to convert warm leads into closed sales for solar energy solutions. In this high-impact role, you’ll conduct consultative phone conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest in going solar.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads who have shown interest in solar energy solutions
- Deliver engaging, consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs
- Educate prospects on solar products, benefits, and pricing in clear, confident English
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward informed decisions
- Close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily call and conversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
- 2–3 years of outbound sales or call center experience (solar, energy, or related industries preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Effective time management and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and basic sales technology
