Our partner is looking for an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter (Property Investment) based in South Africa. As an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in connecting prospective clients with experienced financial professionals, helping them take the first step toward achieving their property investment and long-term financial goals. Working in a fully remote environment, you will engage with warm, marketing-generated leads, qualify prospects through structured conversations, and schedule high-quality appointments.   • Accountabilities Contact warm inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and conduct professional qualification calls using a structured sales process. Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their financial circumstances, and identify their property investment and retirement objectives. Perform basic financial calculations, including property equity, outstanding debt, retirement income estimates, and tax-related assessments using provided tools. Evaluate prospects against qualification criteria and schedule appointments with senior financial strategists for suitable candidates. Accurately record customer interactions, maintain detailed CRM records, and ensure data integrity throughout the sales process. Consistently achieve appointment booking targets while maintaining high standards of call quality, compliance, and customer experience. Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance and product knowledge. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent and strong interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to confidently manage high volumes of outbound calls and build trust with prospective customers. Strong numerical skills and financial literacy, with the ability to perform basic calculations during customer conversations. Comfortable discussing financial products, investment topics, or related customer needs. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient when handling objections and working toward KPIs. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup; a dual-monitor workstation is highly advantageous. Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Mortgage Broking, Property Investment, Wealth Management, Debt Review, Collections, or outbound contact centers is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM platforms, GoHighLevel (GHL), predictive dialers, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is beneficial.
