The position is responsible for guiding the evolution, performance, and strategic direction of a platform used by tens of thousands of users across the organization. It combines hands-on operational leadership with long-term strategic vision, ensuring tools, training, onboarding, and sustainment functions work cohesively. The role partners closely with product, analytics, and business teams to deliver data-driven improvements and scalable solutions. It requires strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence across complex, matrixed environments. This is a high-impact position where decisions directly shape operational efficiency, user experience, and enterprise transformation.   • Accountabilities Lead the daily operations and long-term evolution of the Enterprise Management Operating System (eMOS), ensuring alignment across onboarding, tools, sustainment, and training functions. Oversee multiple teams supporting platform users, driving consistent execution, performance, and service quality across all operational areas. Define and execute strategic initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, improve user experience, and enable enterprise-wide operational efficiency. Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to design and implement scalable digital and operational solutions. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Drive cross-functional alignment, influencing senior stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges and implement transformational changes. Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in business operations, platform management, or related fields. At least 2+ years of people leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance. Strong experience in product development, program management, or large-scale operational transformation. Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environments. Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills to support decision-making. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools.
