• CSM Baltija is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of Auxiliary Engines and other machinery equipment. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Good communication and leadership skills. Effective English communication. Safety culture and mindset. Experience with multicultural working environment. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank with the same type of vessel. Experience on engine model: M/E: Sulzer 7RT-flex84T-D is required. Experience with Chemical product cargo operations. Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
