Job Description
Position: Office Manager
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer orders via phone and other communication channels
- Provide excellent customer service with clear, professional phone communication
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Source specific products based on customer requirements
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers as needed
- Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and communications
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Confident and competent in handling customer interactions
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
- Basic technical proficiency with standard office software and systems
