  • Native or fluent Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a Norwegian-speaking position and Norwegian proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-related products is strongly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a service-oriented role within the technology, fitness, or wellness industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically to users of all skill levels.
