Mercier Consultancy is offering a unique opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work (remotely) whilst living in Greece. This position is tailored for individuals fluent in Norwegian who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy the lifestyle offered by Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries about products, services, and policies efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a customer-centric approach to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company products, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently (in a remote setting).
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
