Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, delivery issues, and service inquiries
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide recommendations and assistance to enhance the customer experience
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food delivery trends and service offerings
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and platforms is advantageous
