This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the national sales strategy across Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and Call Center (CC) partner ecosystems. It plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening third-party distribution performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience at scale. The position requires deep expertise in partner management, regulated sales environments, and large-scale revenue operations. You will oversee complex external relationships while aligning partner performance with enterprise goals for growth, compliance, and brand integrity. Working cross-functionally with internal leadership teams, you will influence strategy across sales, operations, compliance, and marketing. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across a dynamic and fast-moving partner network.
- Accountabilities Own and deliver annual and multi-year revenue targets across FMO and CC partner channels, ensuring consistent performance and growth. Define and execute national partner sales strategies, including market expansion, channel optimization, and revenue acceleration initiatives. Lead governance and performance management for external sales partners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and expectations. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex partner agreements, including compensation models, incentives, and service-level commitments. Build and optimize performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to track partner productivity, compliance, and customer experience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and partner channel scalability. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Training to ensure alignment and execution. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for partner management, strategy, and execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Active Health and Life Insurance License. 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large distributed teams and/or external partner organizations. Proven track record of driving large-scale revenue growth in complex sales environments. Strong experience in partner ecosystem management, including governance, contracting, and performance optimization. Deep understanding of regulated sales environments, compliance requirements, and customer experience standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence. Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% depending on business needs. Benefits Annual base salary range of $124,100 – $169,300, plus eligibility for commission-based incentive compensation.
