About the Role
Motion Designer and Video Editor with a mastery of 2D/3D animation, VFX, and Generative AI workflows. Expert at transforming raw concepts into high-conversion visual stories, from product explainers to UI/UX motion. Proven ability to reduce production cycles through AI-assisted automation while maintaining high-end artistic standards in composition/design, render quality and typography.

Responsibilities
- Dynamic Content Creation: Delivering 2D/3D corporate promos, data-driven animations, and UI/UX motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media (Shorts, Reels, Teasers).
- 3D Integration: Seamlessly blending 3D renders with AI-enhanced visuals and live-action footage.
- Advanced Editing: High-end post-production for podcasts, webinars, and interviews, including audio mastering, subtitles, and color grading.
- Project Evolution: Editing existing projects and adapting ready-made concepts to strictly follow corporate brand identities.
- Concept Development: Leading brainstorming sessions, creating style frames, and developing rapid prototypes using AI to visualize ideas instantly.
- Production Management: Managing the full audio-visual pipeline, including voiceover integration, music selection, and final high-quality rendering.
Qualifications
- Full-Cycle Production: Expert in scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production.
- Visual Design: Deep understanding of color theory, rhythm-based editing, and typography trends.
- AI Strategy: Strategic integration of AI to bridge the gap between "concept" and "final render," knowing exactly when to use generative tools and when the human touch is essential.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experienced in remote teamwork, corporate guideline adherence, and high-level brainstorming.
Technical Skills
- Motion & VFX: Adobe After Effects (Compositing, Tracking, Keying), Nuke, Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 3D Ecosystem: Cinema 4D / 3ds Max / Blender (Modeling, Particle Systems, Redshift/Octane rendering).
- Design Assets: Working with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop assets.
