Our partner is looking for a Medical Education – Network Development Coordinator based in the United States. This is a results-driven role focused on expanding a national clinical education network and creating new healthcare partnerships. You will identify and engage physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare organizations that can support clinical training programs. The role combines relationship building, strategic outreach, pipeline management, and provider credentialing. You will own opportunities from initial prospecting through onboarding readiness, balancing commercial goals with a strong partner experience. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Operations, and other teams to meet placement needs and timelines. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence the growth of clinical education opportunities nationwide. - Accountabilities Build and expand the clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations through email, phone, video, social media, and other channels. Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, prioritizing opportunities and consistently working toward monthly and quarterly performance goals. Use HubSpot and other technology tools to organize outreach, manage pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, monitor pipeline health, and use data to refine recruitment strategies. Apply knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements to qualify prospective partners efficiently, including familiarity with licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes. Educate healthcare professionals and organizations on the value of participating in clinical education programs and develop relationships that can evolve into long-term partnerships. Guide prospective partners through the recruitment and onboarding process, following established procedures while using sound judgment to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Negotiate educational stipends, collect contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete and accurate handoffs to internal teams. Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to address school partner requirements and support clinical placement timelines. Maintain proactive, professional communication with external partners and internal teams, leveraging professional networks such as LinkedIn to generate opportunities and strengthen relationships. Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies, recruitment effectiveness, workflows, and internal processes while maintaining consistency and quality. Take ownership of assigned priorities, contribute to team objectives, and perform additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success achieving KPIs, quotas, performance targets, or time-sensitive objectives in a goal-oriented environment. Experience working directly with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare provider credentialing, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related documentation. Experience managing CRM-based recruitment, sales, or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, address objections, and establish trusted long-term relationships. Comfort using professional networks and social platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and develop new opportunities. Ability to quickly learn and consistently follow established processes while exercising independent judgment when circumstances require it. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy. High level of professionalism, accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where individual performance contributes directly to broader team success. Candidates should reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas. Benefits Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually.
