Job Description
Job Type: Full-time, long-term contractor
Workplace: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours (Pacific Time Zone)
Compensation: $1,300 - $1,500 USD
We are seeking a proactive, systems-minded Marketing Outreach Specialist to generate new plaintiff and class action cases through targeted written outreach, audience research, marketing automation–enabled workflows, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role is focused on lead generation, qualification, and outreach execution, not phone-based sales or traditional brand marketing.
The ideal candidate brings ideas, proposes strategies, and executes independently. Able to identify target audiences, design outreach strategies, execute campaigns independently, and support those efforts with CRM structure, automation, and data tracking. This is not a “task-taker” role; we’re looking for someone who brings ideas, builds systems, and continuously improves outreach performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential plaintiffs and class representatives
- Conduct written outreach (email, platform messaging, InMail)
- Engage prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, Reddit, Facebook, Communities, and similar channels
- Prior experience in marketing outreach, lead generation, or growth-focused marketing
- Strong experience conducting written outreach (email, platform messaging, InMail); no phone-based sales
- Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, InMail, Reddit, or similar platforms for prospecting and outreach
- Experience supporting or executing social and platform-based marketing initiatives, including: Facebook / Meta-based lead campaigns or support (ads, lead magnets, audience targeting), and SEO-informed content or outreach strategies
- Hands-on experience using social or community platforms to source, engage, or nurture leads
- Experience researching and identifying target audiences for specific campaigns or objective
- Experience creating and executing outreach campaigns or marketing strategies, not just following instructions
- Experience mining platforms and sourcing prospects relevant to a specific audience or objective
- Experience screening and qualifying leads before handoff
- Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter in a remote environment
- Proven creativity and initiative — ability to propose ideas and strategies, not just execute tasks
