This remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life through efficient execution and operational excellence. The role supports marketing teams by managing content production, asset organization, campaign coordination, reporting, and quality assurance processes. Working with established templates, systems, and workflows, the successful candidate will help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and consistently. This position requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to collaborate with international teams. • Accountabilities: The Marketing Operations & Production Assistant will provide essential operational and production support to marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, assets, and reporting activities are executed accurately and efficiently. Support campaign production by creating and formatting marketing materials such as social graphics, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, newsletters, launch materials, and partner marketing assets using approved templates. Prepare content for social media scheduling platforms by uploading posts, formatting captions, organizing campaigns, verifying links, and tracking scheduled assets. Coordinate weekly email campaigns by managing updates, merge fields, campaign versions, links, usage tracking, and reporting. Maintain marketing asset libraries through structured file organization, naming conventions, version control, archiving, and approval tracking. Prepare marketing reports, campaign adoption trackers, dashboards, milestone reports, and activity summaries to support decision-making. Assist with onboarding materials by preparing launch announcements, profiles, content calendars, and supporting documentation. Maintain recruiting resources, proof libraries, case studies, marketing templates, and reusable content materials. Organize testimonials, achievements, and recognition submissions into standardized marketing formats. Perform detailed quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy across spelling, formatting, links, branding elements, disclaimers, dates, names, and required information. Follow established processes and workflows while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across marketing activities. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting marketing operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to execute detailed processes with accuracy and efficiency. Strong English reading and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Understanding of marketing operations, workflow automation, and digital marketing concepts such as SEO, AEO, and GEO. Ability to follow documented procedures, manage repetitive tasks accurately, and maintain high-quality standards. Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams across different time zones. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines independently. Experience supporting marketing teams, social media scheduling platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, or reporting dashboards is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and responsible use of AI-assisted workflows is an advantage. Experience in mortgage, financial services, real estate, or another regulated industry is a plus. Basic video editing or subtitle formatting experience is beneficial.
