About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Assistant to support both the operational and creative side of a growing digital marketing agency. You'll help keep projects organized, coordinate social media content, and assist with graphics and short-form videos while working closely with a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a creative agency environment.

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Basic experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written English and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable following established processes (SOPs).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Creative eye for social media content and branding.
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
