- Accountabilities: Develop and evolve the company’s market narrative, positioning, and category messaging across all major communication channels. Translate complex product capabilities, AI innovations, and business strategies into compelling and accessible market stories. Partner closely with executives to strengthen thought leadership, executive presence, and authentic communication strategies. Create and manage executive social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, including recurring high-impact content initiatives. Build scalable content workflows leveraging AI tools to optimize content creation, distribution, and engagement. Lead modern PR and media initiatives by developing strategic story angles, bylines, media pitches, and speaking opportunities. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging and amplify customer success stories. Support product launches, company announcements, campaigns, and industry events through strategic storytelling and narrative consistency. Monitor market trends, industry conversations, and competitive positioning to ensure strong differentiation and relevance. Drive alignment between executive messaging, customer-facing communications, product positioning, and overall brand perception. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, narrative marketing, or related roles within B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology companies. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with experience creating executive-level thought leadership content. Proven track record of developing strong executive presence and managing communications for senior leadership or founders. Deep understanding of LinkedIn strategy, modern content distribution, and audience engagement best practices. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences. Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience managing PR initiatives, media outreach, speaking opportunities, or external communications programs. Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and modern communication workflows is highly desirable. Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to execute independently.
