What you bring
- Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up with at least some years' experience managing a Recruiting team
- Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines. You will bring experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics
- You’re a proven innovator. You have experience experimenting and driving new initiatives that impact not only you, but the greater Talent Acquisition team, and/or wider People team
- Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs
- Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world, that matches these values
- Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion
- High sense of urgency, accuracy with the ability to recognise, take on and/or delegate priorities
- Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams would be a plus
- Writes and speaks fluent English.

- Direct reports: 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer
- Team: People - Talent Acquisition
