Job Description

As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level vision and practical, scaled business deployment and enablement of the business lines. You will also drive the execution of strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs to provide updates to leadership and the board of directors. Your responsibilities will include a critical, high-impact role bridging the gap between high-level artificial intelligence vision and practical, scaled business deployment. You will own initiative reporting cadence, cross-functional alignment touchpoints, and the ultimate execution of the roadmaps. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive updates to leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute and Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to relentlessly execute and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Proactively identify, surface, and mitigate execution risks and operational blockers to leadership.
  • Build and Execute Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs, success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI to ensure value realization.
  • Lead Multidisciplinary Execution: Coordinate and hold cross-functional teams accountable to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with business owners to update workflows, ensuring seamless execution and leverage of AI capabilities.
  • Value-Led Prioritization: Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact initiatives based on ease of execution and strategic value.
  • Drive M&A Integration Execution: Coordinate and operationalize post-merger integration workstreams across functions, maintain integration trackers, actively drive progress against the deal thesis, and surface risks to leadership.
  • Develop executive presentations: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates focused on milestone execution and delivery.

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Execution, Operations, or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations that clearly articulate execution roadmaps and delivery metrics.
  • Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights that inform immediate execution.
  • Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong financial, business, and operational acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong time management skills with the ability to adapt and maintain execution velocity amidst rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.
