  • Accountabilities: The Manager, Sales Development, SME & Growth will lead the development and performance of a sales development team focused on creating new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable sales processes that improve pipeline generation and conversion. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for pipeline creation. Own SDR team performance and ensure achievement of key business metrics, including qualified opportunities, sales acceptance rates, and pipeline contribution. Build and optimize sales development strategies to support growth across SME and larger business segments. Establish effective lead handoff processes to ensure SDR-generated opportunities are successfully transitioned to Account Executives. Develop structured training programs covering market knowledge, customer engagement, qualification methods, and outbound sales best practices. Create quality assurance frameworks through call reviews, outreach audits, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve revenue outcomes. Leverage CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-powered sales technologies to improve team productivity and effectiveness. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced sales development leader with a proven ability to build successful teams, create pipeline strategies, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for developing talent are essential for success. 5+ years of experience in high-performing SDR or Account Executive roles. 2+ years of experience managing and leading SDR teams. Demonstrated success hiring, training, coaching, and developing sales talent. Strong understanding of B2B outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and SDR-to-AE conversion processes. Experience using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and automation solutions. Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales productivity strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements. Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
