Job Summary 

Real Chemistry is looking for a remoteManager, Paid Searchto join its integrated growing Activation team!  

This role will be focused on Paid Search - overseeing, and crafting tactical SEM plans, managing the teams’ activation and success of those programs. You’d operate in partnership with account planning and analytics teams to understand clients’ business objectives and media goals, collaborating on how best to achieve those goals. 

This role fits within your larger omni-channel, digital activation team, working alongside your teammates, fellow digital experts across all biddable tactics – Programmatic, Social, and Direct. With that team, we’ll encourage new ideas and collaborative thinking to further clients’ activation in pursuit of their goals: cross-channel audience targeting, variable attribution tracking, multi-tiered funnel objectives. 

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.  This role will work eastern business hours.

What You’ll Do 

  • You'll lead the day-to-day supervision of client paid search programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement 
  • Understand the client’s product, marketing objectives and digital goals with an emphasis on paid search, presenting to clients on regular basis 
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines. 
  • Stay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, Search Engine Land, etc.) 
  • Campaign Strategy definition and implementation, working closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice. 
  • Collaborate with internal team and client peers to support strategic solutions that respond to business and communications challenges with healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers. 
  • Develop positive relationships with search community, vendors and Directors for optimal service levels and results 
  • Build, or assist in crafting, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.

What You Should Have 

  • You will be successful on our team with a minimum of1-3 years campaign management experiencein SEM platforms  
  • Past experience or enthusiasm working with AI Search would be a benefit, but not required 
  • Preference for experience in pharma/healthcare industry, but not required 
  • Comfortable and capable working in technical platforms/Search Engine Desktop Tools (Google AdWords Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, SA360) 
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms: GA4, Adobe Analytics 
  • Display an in-depth understanding of the functionality, strategies behind search media driven campaigns and best practices of all major search platforms  
  • Exceptional project management skills: demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage detailed budgets 
  • Understanding of Strategy in the service of different KPIs according to different Business Objectives (CPA, Impression Share / SOV, CPL, etc.) 
  • Capable and experienced in communicating with clients & vendors – from pitching ideas, delivering analysis and insight, to just friendly, human relations   

 

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
