Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital workflow management tools. Valid driver’s license required; trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields are considered a plus. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with strong attention to detail. Availability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Benefits: Competitive annual salary of $80,000. Fully remote work opportunity within the United States. Career growth opportunities within an innovative and rapidly evolving organization. Exposure to technology-driven property management operations and processes. Collaborative and supportive work culture focused on transparency and operational excellence. Opportunity to work with experienced professionals from leading technology and operations backgrounds. Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment.
