We're looking for a professional, motivated and customer-focused Luxury Travel Consultant to join our luxury concierge team in the UK.
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional, personalised service to our high-net-worth members, managing a wide variety of lifestyle requests across travel, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed timeframes.
- Use your destination knowledge, supplier network and negotiation skills to secure the best travel, dining and lifestyle experiences.
- Build strong relationships with members and suppliers to deliver seamless, personalised service.
- Promote Ten's wider lifestyle services, identifying opportunities across travel, tickets, retail and other concierge offerings.
- Resolve member queries and service recovery issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all member interactions are updated in real time.
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the member experience.
- Maximise commercial opportunities by identifying commissionable bookings where appropriate.
- Consistently deliver the high standards of service expected by luxury and affluent clientele.

- Several years' experience in the travel industry, such as with a tour operator or travel agency, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service.
- Previous experience booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements is highly desirable.
- Solid GDS experience, preferably Amadeus, with excellent knowledge of the Middle East, particularly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, with an understanding of key destinations across Asia.
- A strong understanding of luxury lifestyle services and the expectations of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong online research skills and the ability to source tailored recommendations quickly and accurately.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Passionate about travel, luxury, dining, events, culture and lifestyle experiences.
- A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Available to work on a full-time basis.
- Please note: This role is best suited to candidates with relevant travel, luxury concierge or hospitality experience. Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.
Shift Patterns
- Position based in the United Kingdom.
- If you reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office, you will be eligible for a hybrid working arrangement, which requires you to be in the office at least twice a week.
- A quiet home office environment at your designated address that is free from background noise or distractions is essential.
- To work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements, which will be verified during the recruitment process and again upon your hiring. Alternatively, you have the option to work from our well-equipped office.
