Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)| Full-Time Stability
Location: Texas
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver therapy services remotely while maintaining a structured, full-time schedule. You’ll work with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, providing guidance, structured interventions, and measurable treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Conduct assessments and document clinical findings
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain organized and compliant documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and care teams
- Uphold professional standards in all interactions
- Active LPC license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
