Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

In this role, you’ll deliver online counseling to clients seeking support for concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and more. You’ll run sessions, track progress against treatment goals, document care in the EHR, and use clinical judgment to adjust approaches over time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions (individual-focused, with referrals as needed)
  • Evaluate client needs through intakes, screening tools, and ongoing check-ins
  • Build and update treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Document sessions and care plans in accordance with clinical standards
  • Use brief interventions and skills-based approaches when appropriate
  • Follow risk assessment and escalation procedures for safety concerns

  • Active Colorado license as LPC (in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Solid written communication for documentation and clinical notes
  • Reliable private workspace and comfort working fully remote
